  • Synchronize data between Odoo and QuickBooks
  • Display QuickBooks data within your Odoo instance
  • Process webhook notifications for real-time updates

3. Data Storage

Your QuickBooks data is stored within your own Odoo database. We do not maintain separate copies of your financial data. OAuth tokens are stored securely in your Odoo configuration.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your QuickBooks data with third parties. Data is only transmitted between your Odoo instance and QuickBooks Online through official Intuit APIs.

5. Data Security

We implement security measures including:

  • OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Webhook signature verification
  • Token refresh and expiration handling

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Disconnect the integration at any time
  • Request deletion of sync logs
  • Revoke access through QuickBooks settings
